Overall the resume looks fine. After so many revisions. At times I had to tell maybe person doing mine that there were grammar errors, which I shouldn't have to do.

I placed an order at the end of sept, so when I haven't heard anything for a week I wrote to ask about the status of my order. They apologized for the delay and told me they can have the draft to me by October 9. So when I still had not received anything by October 19, 10 days later, I wrote and asked for my money back. It wasent until I requested a refund that they actually completed my CV. They did an okay job, I was by no means impressed. There's no doubt in my mind that if I did not inquire about my order it would have never been completed. They did not once offer to refund my money partially bc the delays. Instead they gave me some bs story about how they were short staffed..... There's plenty of professional companies you can use to help spruce up your resume, this is not one of them. Awful experience.

I was very disappointed with the service from the resume center. I first picked them because they seemed like they had been in business a while and were professional. They also had a standard 2-3 day turn around time, except in times of high demand. I paid for the resume service and had all documents in by Monday the 12th at 9 am. I get an email confirmation and no indication that it is a period of high demand. 72 hours goes by so I email customer service to ask what the eta would be, they email back and say that there standard has been increased to be a 15 day turn around. As you can imagine I expected it within 3 days and even if it was high demand okay a week but two weeks? Unacceptable. Luckily I expressed my concerns and they gave me a new 48 hour time window. I received my draft within a total of 5 days, it had minor mistakes like alignment and a couple grammatical issues no big deal. I submitted it for an amendment thinking it would be quick. A few hours goes by so I email customer service and they say should be a 24hour turn around time, so I wait. It was not 24 hours it was closer to 48 hours. I finally get the second draft today and still formatting issues, small but should have been caught. Also a couple of minor city/ state of employment details. I submit new amendments, I get my final draft back at 1:30 pm over 7 days later and it's good, I approve it. My final resume is now complete. The wording is good, I appreciate the professionalism of the resume and the cover letter. I just wish that it would have been more timely, a better attention to detail and turn around times were made clear up front.

I think they did a very good job - however I felt multiple people worked on my resume over time- as the formatting was not consistent throughout the document

Actually, what they edit is average except 2 typos in my university name. I sent my cv to the website so i think they should copy and paste the specific name rather than type it. Another thing CFA stands for Chartered Financial Analyst, not certified finance advisor. Good thing is the send me on time.

I've used resume center twice and each time the quality of the work was excellent. The first time I did use the service, I did not have a writer assigned to my order until I contacted them a week after placing the order. This time around, I did mention this when I placed my order but also went through the added step of upgrading to a faster turnaround time. I received my order in a day! No amendments were needed and the spelling and grammar were also great. The second time I ordered was to have my resume totally rewritten since I am switching careers. Resume center took all of my transferable skills and highlighted them in my new resume. Extremely satisfied. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to everyone I care about.

Even after the final draft there were still simple typos.
Not too professional in my opinion. You would think they could proof read it?
Unfortunately I found out the hard way when one of my potential employers brought it to my attention!!!

There are countless Resume writing services, but this is one that actually added value to me and made me happy about the wallet getting a bit lighter

The draft was delivered when promised and the writer did a good job of interpreting the accounting jargon included and condensing my work history. I toned down some of the adjectives used and did a minor re-write but the overall product is terrific.

Overall I really liked it but there were a few things that I didn't like.

When I first sent in my request I asked to make myself marketable for my previous career and to open myself up to other ones as well but the focus was all on my previous career.
And after I left feedback for my first draft I got a great resume sent back and was very happy with that. But I had other questions that were not responded to and that is why I did not give an excellent rating.

But I would recommend them and use them again as I am happy with the service I got for the price I paid.

The service was faster than I ever expected, and I was impressed that it all got done over the weekend, so that I can hit the ground running on Monday morning in my job applications.
I appreciated the advice and rewriting done, while at the same time, the writer did not remove all personality from my CV.
